We have an important announcement regarding our sound effects webshop. Starting now, we will exclusively offer full pack purchases, discontinuing the option for individual SFX or music track downloads. This decision is driven by various factors that have led us to streamline our offerings.
Primarily, we have encountered significant challenges with the fees imposed by PayPal for small purchases.
In addition to the PayPal fees, our hosting platform, Bandzoogle, has limitations when it comes to processing sound effects shorter than 1 second in duration. To address this, we've had to adjust each sound effect that doesn't meet this criterion by adding extra silence at the end. While this isn't a deal-breaker, it does create an inconvenience for our team, impacting our efficiency.
In the coming months, we plan to gradually update our earlier portfolio to align with this new approach. We are also considering adding features like an embedded SoundCloud player to enhance your browsing and listening experience.
